Community Gate Code - Gate Code is 7777. Once through the gate, then take a left at the first street. Property is in the cul-de-sac.
Gaining Access - Access codes will be emailed prior to your arrival. Once you are at the front of the house, go to panel at garage door, Press **** (code provided at check in), then press enter.
You may have to enter code up to 3 times. Press and Hold. Once opened, then go to cabinets. Your keys will be in the bottom right cabinet, located on the top shelf.

We know this beautiful listing looks like it might be a good party destination, but we are under STRICT INSTRUCTIONS from the owner of this property to stop this from occurring.We have a close relationship with the neighbors who get in touch with us immediately if there is any evidence of gatherings over the maximum of 8 guests (as per the listing description) after 10pm. This is an awesome place to stay for families, couples or small groups, but if you are thinking of having a party, this won't be the right listing for you. Breaching this rule will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000 fee.
All local guests must message Host prior to booking or risk cancellation.
No smoking. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and medicinal or recreational marijuana. If you smoke, please do so away from the building. Evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
No parties. Period. You'll risk your stay.
No pets, and please respect that checkout is by 11am, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. Please checkout via the Airbnb App.
Guests shall observe the hours from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM as “quiet hours” where noise outdoors shall be at a low level.
Patio Furniture and Chairs – Please push in the patio chairs to the table when done. Wipe down the table after you use it.
Cleaning - We strive to create a clean and safe household for you and your family to enjoy. We would appreciate it if you tidy up and do basic cleaning before check out.
Pool & Hot Tub - There is no lifeguard on duty. The use of pool and spa is at your own risk.Any damage to the pool and/or spa caused by Guest and any other persons on Property during the agreed upon Rental Period, including but not limited to: broken glass or other items introduced into the pool, contamination of the water, damage to the automatic cleaners or equipment, or excessive loss of water will result in charges to the Guest.

Pool Heating - Black pool heater is located outside of the pool gate.
Please note: pools that are equipped with heaters are not guaranteed to sustain any constant temperature due to the elements. We suggest keeping solar pool on between swims to keep water temps warm. There shall be no compensation for any loss of use.
Pool Lights - Pool light control timer is located outside of the pool gate, on the wall to the left of the black pool heater. Click “Manual Lever” all the way to the right in the “ON” position.Grill - When grilling please open up the Electric Shade for ventilation. The button is to the left of the grill. Simply turn the knob on and press on power. Once you see the handles turn blue use lighter to ignite.
Rooftop Gas Fire Pit - Propane is under the gray cover by the couch. Please be sure to turn off after each use.

Trash - Take trash outside.
Doors - Make sure all doors are locked.
