    LIGHTING

PLEASE TURN OFF LIGHT FEATURES WHEN YOU ARE NOT AT THE HOUSE TO HELP US CONSERVE ENERGY! THANK YOU!

Fans/ceiling lights: Use the light switches/remotes on the wall in each room. The remotes are labeled for you. Please try and put the remotes back in their designated space when you leave!

Neon lights: Use the light switch labeled “neon light” in each room. The top button will turn on the neon light. It may take a few seconds to switch on. The bottom button will turn off the neon light. If the switch isn’t working, check for the white box plug that the neon light is plugged into. The cord that is connected to the actual neon sign must be plugged into the white box plug in order for the neon sign switches to work. If the switch still doesn’t work, it may need new batteries. Just let your host know!

Lighting in Photobooth Room: Use the larger remote to turn on the light on the ceiling. You can pick between different brightness levels by pressing the switch multiple times. Use the smaller remote to control the ring light stand. You can switch the brightness and color modes on the ring light as well. Connect to the ring light stand using Bluetooth to take pictures on your phone using the ring stand remote.

Neon Love Oasis Sign: Turn on and off this sign using the switch on the wall just to the right-hand side of the floral Love Oasis wall.

Twinkle lights in Sunflower Room: Use either of the small remotes on the nightstands to turn on the twinkle lights. You’ll want to turn on both sets by aiming the remotes in the bottom right and left corners. Press the different numbered modes to pick your favorite setting.

    A/C & HEAT CONTROLS

Thermostat is in the hallway, on the wall.

Please do net set the thermostat lower than 70 degrees, as lower temperatures can cause severe damage to the system!!!

    GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Cleaning Supplies: Vacuum, broom, and mop can all be found in the hallway closet. Cleaning agents are under the kitchen sink.

Trash & Recycling: Please carry garbage bags to the black bin out front. Extra trash bags are under the kitchen sink. Trash is picked up on Monday mornings. If you are staying at the house on a Sunday night, please roll the black bin to the end of the driveway for Monday morning pick up.

Please take recycling to the pink bin out front. Recycling is picked up on Friday morning. If you are staying at the house on a Thursday night, please roll the pink bin to the end of the driveway for Friday.

Filtered Water: We recommend that you do not drink the water directly from the sink. The refrigerator has a filtered water dispenser. Please also use filtered water in the coffee maker.

Coffee Maker: Coffee pods and sugar packets are in the drawer below the Keurig. We recommend using filtered water or bottled water to fill the coffee maker reservoir.

Kitchen: Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home for a night in. Please use plastic cups when drinking outside near the pool. There are extra dishes/cups in the cabinet below the open shelves. Pots/pans are in the lazy susan cabinet to the left of the stove. The silverware drawer is on the island, to the left of the kitchen sink. You will find the wine opener here as well.

Extra Items: Extra toilet paper is under the sink in each bathroom and in the laundry room. Extra paper towels are in laundry room. Ironing board and iron are in the laundry room. Laundry soap, bleach, and dryer sheets are in the cabinet above the laundry machines. Please do not use the extra towels/sheets in the laundry room. These are for the cleaning crew to use to prepare for the next guests.

Maintenance Tips: In the rare event that power is lost in an area of the house, it is possible the GFI was tripped. If that happens, press the reset button on any outlet with a reset button. If this doesn’t work, contact your host who can either walk you through how to fix a breaker in the electrical box, or can come out to fix the breakers for you.

  • TV: The living room and master bedroom have smart TVs with YouTube TV (live streaming cable).

In order to access YouTube TV (cable)/other smart TV apps: Press the “home button” (with the picture of a house) in the center of the remote. Click on the app of your choice to log in. YouTube TV will be logged in for you. Once you click on the YouTube TV app, it will take you to the home screen which shows suggestions based on previously watched TV programs. To see what’s on Live, scroll over on the top to the “Live” section. While watching a program, click the “Back” or “Return” button to return to the guide screen. If you want to use any of the other smart apps, click the “home button” again Log into your Netflix, YouTube, Hulu accounts, etc. to stream your favorite shows. We recommend logging out from your personal accounts before you check out.

Music: There is a blue Bluetooth speaker and a charging cable, which is on the kitchen counter, below the “coffee” and “love” framed photos. Pair your phone to the device to use. Please do not remove the speaker from the house.

Outdoor Games: Enjoy Cornhole, beer pong, and giant Jenga! Ping-pong balls are stored in the outdoor storage bin (behind the circle shaped couch). Jenga and cornhole will be set up and ready to go for you!

Pool: Pool towels are in the outdoor storage bin on the patio. The pump to blow up additional floaties is in the outdoor storage bin as well. If you requested that the pool be heated, it will be heated for you upon arrival. The pool controls are locked for the pool service people. There are no controls on the actual pool equipment that can raise or lower the temperature of the pool; this is controlled by your hosts externally. Please contact your host if you have questions about the pool/heater.

Pool light will turn on automatically at night. You can also turn on the pool lights from the panel by clicking the button that says pool light underneath it.
